I tried this idea the last two years and it worked great! The sellers loved it, and the neighborhood thought I was an innovative agent looking for new ways to meet buyers(and sellers).

Weeknight vs Weekend Open Houses
An agent and I were thinking of starting to Farm an area. As we were talking I started thinking with all the work and money is this going to work. We are going to try to take a different approach then the usual mailer. So I have a few questions.....
Other than the fact that most realtors are finding very little traffic at public open houses, there may be other reasons to scrap traditional open houses for a realistic real estate video tour instead.
