There's more good news in the real estate industry in the latest BUILDER magazine, Jobs, Good Jobs, and Home Buying. The article highlighted the positive jobs' report we saw reported last past week--235,000 jobs created in February, and a lower unemployment rate of 4.7%. John McManus says the good jobs' report carries with it four key meaningful areas of interest for home builders and developers at present: household wage growth, consumer confidence, good job concentration, and interest rate increases, which he says won't slow down homebuyer demand.
