Look both ways before you cross the street. Don't run with scissors. Play nice.
All great pieces of advice. And yet some people don't seem to get the last one. Especially in the real estate business. It never ceases to amaze me when I deal with agents that yell and scream and otherwise carry on. Have you ever met one of those?
Does yelling and screaming get your message through better? Does telling someone how you think they should do their job create an instant change in their behavior? (Sometimes, but it is seldom the change you want). I'll give two … (5 comments)
