March Numbers for El Paso TX Home Sales - 04/17/12 08:21 AM
Hot off the press. March numbers are in for sales statistics for detached homes in El Paso, Texas.
Our closed sales are down slightly from March of last year but year to date we are still up by just over 4.5%.
It looks like El Pasoans are on the move. March 2011 saw 761 new listings on the market compared to March 2012 with 1,039. An increase of 36.5%
Average Days on Market numbers keep creeping up slightly to 150.
Inventory remains pretty steady around 3350 detached homes on the market, a 4.4% decrease over March 2011. That gives us just … (0 comments)

If you have been contemplating buying or selling in the 79912 Zip Code, here is some information that may interest you. In the month of Feb 2012 we have seen 125 new listings come on the market. In that same time 65 homes closed and 79 homes came under contract. Our average time on market increased however by almost a full month over 2011. We are now sitting at 134 days. Keep in mind that that number can really vary according to home price.
