I am R.E. Appraiser currently Getting R.E. Sales License.....Any advice on who I should work for? What are the advantages and disadvantages of working for the "Big" real estate companies.  What choices do I have????  As an Appraiser I come by several people asking me if I know anyone who can sell there homes for them.......I wonder how much money I'm passing up by not having a license.   

 

Just wondering how one would get VA Approved to do appraisals on VA Loans.......I live near Camp Pendleton and know there a surplus of VA Loans out here........Searched everywhere....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Heres what an advertisement company for appraisers sent me this morning.  I'm wondering what truth is in these words??? Are we going to finally get busy again?? Heres what they wrote: ("This means that $700 billion worth of mortgages will need to be re-appraised to account for an accurate total.  This means that fee appraisers will be busy for a long time.  This means that the need to advertise your services will be even more crucial to your business.")...............Advertising tactic or truth????

 

Please help me.....I know there is an abundance of BPO's to get done out there.  I am not doing too many appraisals these days and need to keep busy!
