Pleople often tend to believe this technology is just to make money when in all actuality technology in also used to save money. Berkeley County Commission - 01/22/10 08:39 AM
This year we will be electing 2 new county commissioners in Berkeley County.  Also another (Ron Collins) will be up for re-election.  Ron is in the Valley District and will have a hard time getting back in.  Shortly we will have good people with good agends and good intentions in the COunty commission.  This is big for Berkeley county.  We have to get the people off the boards with personal agends.  Times are changing and the tides are shifting slowing in the favor of the average citizen.  Please get out and vote in the primary and the general election.  Please do … (0 comments)

Realtor Take note... Texting is not just for kids anymore - 01/21/10 08:55 AM
Does anyone out there find it crazy when you ask an agent to text you something, or when you send an agent a text and the respond back to you and tell you to take them off your list...  This is crazy. Get up with the times.  I use a Texting system to premarket bank forclosed properties.  This gives every agent the opportunity to be in the know of what is coming up. Everytime I send a text I must get 5 text messages back to tell me to stop texting them... CRAZY... CRAZY... CRAZY.  Come on guys it cost 10$ … (3 comments)

Check this out for an idea... Here is what we are doing. Videos of houses, posting them on our youtube channel, Youtube directly syncs with our facebook page which touches 974 friends and clients, and then we do a mass mailing from our Top Producer with over 1000 clients in it and then we hit all our website leads (another 1000 clients)  It has been strong for us.  You should try it.  ON every email we post our youtube channel.  Check our website out at www.drewandchris.com

The best thing I can tell you with REO properties is to hang in there an keep doing the BPO stuff.   It is a very slow process to get in the REO stuff.  I would reccommend www.reonetwork.com.  I get assets from this website all the time. Seperate you personal and business facebook account.  Lets face it do you think your clients care if you are felling down today. The business facebook account we use for constant connection to clients and to upload our videos off of youtube to.  If you can get someone, a raw buyer, to join your facebook account you chances go way up to converting them in to $$$$ www.searchinwestvirginia.com

You Tube and Facebook interface well together. I think they are both owned by Google.  (big Surprise there)  When you upload a video to your youtube channel you can also send it directly to your facebook account.  I would reccommend having a seperate personal and business facebook account. Videos are powerful

I get a ton of questions about our youtube channel.   We use youtube as an avenue to get videos to our clients, buyers and raw leads.  You can create a channel and it is very easy to do.  Once you have created your channel, just send the link to you clients and ask them to sign up for it.  WHen you upload a new video it will email it to them www.searchinwestvirginia.
