Celebrate with Me...My first 100K ;) - 04/08/10 10:16 PM
I just had to share my JOY of reaching my milestone of 100K.  Active Rain is SO MUCH MORE than points...but the points are a nice carrot to keep this tired bunny blogging late at night. ;)  Cheese-O-Saurus gave me a thumbs up...so I must be doing something right!! :)

Fairwood SALES FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDING 4/8/10 - 04/08/10 10:07 PM
TEN homes have sold in the last six months in the Fairwood subdivision.  Fairwood is a wonderful subdivision located in Cypress, TX.  It is located off Spring-Cypress and has easy access to highways 290 and 249. 

With the down economic times, half of the homes sold were foreclosures.  Of the five that were NOT foreclosures, the average price per square foot was 62.54.  The highest price per square foot was $69.60 while the lowest price per square foot was $39.91.  One of the foreclosures even sold for $68.28/sq. ft. because of its good condition.  So, there are great deals to … (2 comments)

This is not real estate related, but it IS worth sharing.
We were discussing in the break room how much we used to enjoy watching Candid Camera on TV back in the good 'ol days. Laughter is good for whatever ails you!!  Found this more "recent" episode online showing "Vend A Vow".  A marriage vending machine that was set up in Nevada.  Prepare to laugh! :)
