Via Greg Nino Houston Texas (RE/MAX West Houston Professionals): Yesterday I deleted all but one of the 239 spam emails from my inbox. We've all seen the emails that read.. "APPROVED BUYER WITH 400 CREDIT SCORE."
So I decided to call Wynaldo with Wynaldo Back Door Lending. His email read.. "EVERYONE IS APPROVED." Obviously this was gonna be a reallllllly long shot, but what they hey I thought.

What is BSF?
BSF is an interdenominational Bible class(ie all denominations/beliefs are welcome to come study the Bible with us!) BSF is also an international class with classes taking place all over the world!! COLES CROSSING SOLDS FOR DECEMBER 2011 - 01/09/12 03:20 PM
2011 has seen some interesting things happen in COLES CROSSING...like the most expensive SOLD price in COLES CROSSING history, and the least expensive SOLD price as well!
Well, gentle reader, hang onto your Santa hats as December had its own interesting twist. Though the average price per sq. foot remained relatively stable ($77.28), this month's SOLDS ranged from $59.58/sq. ft. (perhaps a record low in and of itself) all the way up to $100.44/sq. ft. So, all that to say, YOU JUST NEVER KNOW! Average number of days on the market before receiving an offer was 75. Here again, the (6 comments)
COLES CROSSING SOLDS DECEMBER 2011 - 01/09/12 03:11 PM
Blowing all the myths away that sales are down during the winter months--FIFTEEN homes SOLD during December 2011 in the highly sought-after COLES CROSSING subdivision.
SOLD prices as well as price/sq. ft. ranged greatly this past month. The LOW award goes to a foreclosure backing to Telge Rd. It sold for a net price of $140,320. The highest-priced home sold in December was $325,000. Price per square foot ranged from a low $59.58/sq. ft. all the way up to $100.44. The AVERAGE price/square foot was $77.28 which is pretty consistent for the last quarter of 2011. (3 comments)

Some interesting things I noticed during 2011!
1. Holding steady. The Houston market dodged the bullet of declining prices as compared to the rest of the nation. Though many neighborhoods declined in prices overall, the homes that were well-maintained and staged nicely actually held or increased in value, obtaining above- average sales prices.
