This is a light-hearted election.  For those of you who have lived in Texas for any length of time, Blue Bell Ice Cream is the well-known, well-loved ice cream that has its origins in Brenham, TX.  Blue Bell Creameries would like you to vote on which flavor from the past should be revisited!

From now through the end of August, you can vote on the top six flavors from the past.  Winner will be announced in September. 
It was a hard choice for me...but I'll give you a hint...I chose a flavor that was made prior to 1975.

The Houston area has VERY few communities where the homes are new and the trees are old!  Low maintenance homes that sit on properties with beautiful trees as a backdrop are VERY rare!  So, I am privileged to be listing one!

For the month of July 2012, eight homes sold in Village Creek, ranging in price from $159,000 up to $278,000!
 
There were no foreclosures, only standard home sales, which is always nice to hear!  The lowest priced home was a beautiful 3 bedroom, one-story home with gorgeous wood floors!  The highest priced home also had lovely wood floors throughout most of the downstairs and a 3 car garage!

As the marquee at our ofice reads, "THE MARKET IS HOT!!"  This is true for just about all Houston-area suburbs right now!  There is no shortage of buyers, and that is wonderful news for sellers!

 
 
 
For the month of July 2012, there were 19 homes which sold in COLES CROSSING!

Sales prices ranged from $170,000 up to $390,000.  Average sales price/sq. ft. was $85.99.
