housing crisis to end in 2012: Is There a Housing Crisis?? It Depends On Who You Ask - 04/06/12 07:09 AM
My inbox this morning had an email from LinkedIn Today with the headline "Housing Crisis to End in 2012 as Banks Loosen Credit Standards".

I love happy news!  Truly, I do!  However, it seems to me that this headline and the article which follow apply only to the buying aspect. 
Not to be Johnny-Rain-Cloud, but what about the homeowner who paid $180,000 for his home Again, the climate is great for the buyer,while a true crisis for the seller.

 
If I were to title the article, I would say "Buying Made Easier in 2012".
