Castle Rock homes are in demand, and it's no wonder -- with its convenient location, highly-rated schools, and crowd-pleasing ammenities!
SIX homes SOLD during the 3rd quarter of 2018 with prices ranging from $269,000 for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home up to $307, 500 for a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom residence.
For the four 3-bedroom homes, average sales price/sq. ft. = $140.45, with the HIGHEST sales price/sq. ft. = $145.43.
For the other two homes (one a 4-BR, one a 5-BR), the highest sales price/sq. ft. = $135.

It's already after Labor Day and the busiest buying season of 2018 has passed, but don't be fooled! Buyers are ALWAYS looking in the Bryan - College Station market! Both out-of-town buyers as well as buyers within Brazos county are actively looking for that perfect place to call their next home!
So, how many PEBBLE CREEK homes SOLD during August?
Eleven!
What was the price range?
Prices varied greatly from $293,800 for a 3/2 patio home (non-gated) up to $730,000 for a 4/5 home on nearly 3/4 of an acre!

Prices ranged from $375,000 for a lovely 4-bedroom/2.5-bath with a gorgeous pool up to $564,000 for a large 4/4.5 on a half-acre lot, also with a beautiful pool!
Highest sales price/sq. ft. = $190/sq. ft. with the average sales price/sq. ft. = $154.34.

For the month of December 2016, four homes SOLD in the Pebble Creek subdivision. Prices ranged from $349,000 for a 2-story, mid-sized home built in 1993 up to $650,000 for a very spacious 1999 Mariott-built, one-story (nearly 5000 sq. ft) with a pool on a beautiful .6 acre lot.
