Radcliff, Elizabethtown and Fort Knox Current Houising Market

With all the doom and gloom currently going on nationwide, the local market is doing quite well. While the market is down a bit, it is doing much better than most markets in the US. Interest rates are LOW and the price of homes has come down. Inventory is at an all time high! Buying a home using a traditional loan (FHA/VA/Fixed rate/Conventional Fixed rate) is a wise choice NOW. Remember the old adage...."buy LOW....sell HIGH."
