Aloha, Well, this April didn't quite outperform last year's April, as we were hoping, coming in with only 54 sales compared to 66 for Apr 10 for an 18% decrease. Booo! I seriously doubt we'll see that happening again as I'm seeing more and more properties going into escrow, especially short sales...
