Aloha, Even though it seems as if things have slowed a bit, as of today, Sunday, there are 77 sales which easily surpasses the 72 sales from last July. Interestingly, of the 72 sales last year only 17 were condos while this July there was a 76% increase to 30 sales – and the month isn’t done yet....

Aloha, It’s been just beautiful this past week which may be why only one house and one condo went into escrow. If I were visiting here, I’d be hard pressed not to be at the beach each and every day. Aloha, Jun 13 outperformed Jun 12 by 15%, with 98 sales compared to 85 for the previous Jun. There were slight increases in residential, which went from 32 to 40 sales and in condos which had 36 sales in Jun 12 moving to 42 sales for his Jun.
