Bruce Soli graduates from Nevada Association of Realtors 10th LEadership Class.  Bruce Soli of Intero Real Estate Services in Incline Village successfully completed the LeadershipNVAR 2009 program offered by the Nevada Association of REALTORS (NVAR).  The graduation took place on December 10th at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. 
The comprehensive program is designed to identify emerging leaders and assist them in sharpening their leadership skills through a series of workshops held throughout the year.  Individuals who graduate from this program exemplify effective leadership skills.

nevada: The Incline Village MLS Tour Truths Untold - 02/24/09 04:10 PM
This week there were only 10 houses on tour (beats last weeks that was canceled altogether).  There was the full run of the gamut though, from a condo at $250K to a newly remodeled home for $2.5 Million.
As a short sale this unit located at 825 Southwood Boulevard #1 is a pretty good deal (thinking perhaps you could offer a bit less as there are others in the same complex for sale (bank owned), just not as nice.) on the interior.  Negotiations are definitely the name of the game here.  For an investment you could probably get $900 in rent … (0 comments)

No sales, but there were some new escrows to report and a whole bunch of price reductions. Do you smell opportunity? Well, it's out there, you just need to sniff it out and if you want any help, just let us know.
This week there were 7 New Listings...2 Condos, 3 PUDs and 2 SFRs.

No, I am not crazy and not referring to buying, fixing and flipping properties, but I am referring to the Flip Video Camera!  What an awesome tool and I know it's been all the rage for a long time, but I am still amazed at how few Realtors are actually using them.  It is the wave of the future and they come in a couple of makes and models.
Now, they are down to about $117 and there are many applications for their use, from interviews, to testimonials to video representations of Real Estate in your market.

nevada: Incline Village Market Statistics for November 2008 - 12/09/08 06:44 PM
As we draw close to the end of the year and the weather cools, so too does the real estate market.  With more overall inventory and less sales, it still screams of a declining market.  The good news is that there are some very realistic sellers out there and there ARE buyers, just not a lot of confidence yet in the returning market.  As we continue to bump along the bottom of the market, we have this to report...Click Here for More Details...
