Lenders have advised that the final mortgage packages from borrowers seeking to use the Fulton County Down Payment Assistance Program (Fulton County Home Ownership Program) to buy a property outside the cities of Atlanta, Sandy Springs or Johns Creek in Fulton County must have arrived by Friday, November 12.
