Despite the gloom and doom and negative reports about the local real estate economy, the number of Luxury Ahwatukee properties that sold at values over $600,000. rose in 2010 to 52 properties, up from only 45 properties in 2009. Average days on market for these sold properties was up 28% from 242 days on the market in 2009 to 310 days in 2010.
