Last Saturday, I visited the Holistic Gardens that are located on the West side of the Texas A&M campus.
I found myself thinking about gardens and the idea that "anyone can participate."

Open your eyes. Look around you. What do you see? Have you taken the time to really appreciate the people and the beauty that surrounds you? As a native of College Station, an Aggie, and a person that worked in the Administration Building for three years, it still amazes me that

texas am: Longhorns in College Station??? - 07/09/08 10:24 PM
Here in Texas we love our football. In College Station, the home of Texas A&M University, the majority of us love the Aggies. A significant percentage of us ARE Aggies.
Now, I know just because someone lives in College Station does not mean that they are automatically an Aggie fan. As

texas am: Will phone books become extinct? - 06/24/08 10:46 PM
Tonight I decided that AR is better than a telephone book. It is certainly better than the yellow pages. I just had two people email me via AR within 9 minutes of each other. (Admittedly, this does not happen all of the time.)

texas am: Neutral or Colors??? - 02/08/08 10:21 PM
Which home will sell better? A home with neutral colors or a home with color? I've just recently listed a house, 3100 Heatherwood in Bryan that fascinates me for a variety of reasons. One of the reasons is that this house was built in 1978 yet it does not have a 70's era kitchen. The owner did a great job of remodeling

texas am: What makes something beautiful? - 12/15/07 08:08 PM
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As I was driving by Hensel Park last weekend, I saw the golden glow of the sun on the pavilion. I ended up deciding to turn around and take a picture with my digital camera. Hensel Park, owned and operated by Texas A&M, is
