I surely don't want you to go here and find the most valueable FREE GUIDE that I have found in years.  I still don't know what the catch is that a firm has given this much FREE information that is the equivalent of our a year's hard work that I have done on my own.  How else would I know that they have it right?

I am continually comparing my site with my #1 competitors website.  My tools show me
that he has a page rank 3 and I have a page rank 2.  I believe the big difference with the search engines is
that his site has a 5 year history and my site only has a 3 year history.  They like the stability of a site.
 
I have 182 page views per day and he has 159 page view per day.
 
 
Most importantly I watch when his site and the site name he really wants to have expire and I backorder

He is ahead of me in the keyword listings in Google almost every time.
