You'll find more rainbows when you pursue them!
Reaching out for potential buyer and seller clients increases your chances of gaining more business prospects. While there are never any guarantees, making those calls or meeting face-to-face yields positive results and is a lot like fishing...
In my opinion, you MUST:
Know your limits
Possess the right tools
Have realistic expectations
Make sure the message is clear
Be prepared to lose a few...
And to catch & release a few as well!
Now, get going and start prospecting, just get up and GO!

Thankful Thursdays: Time to Reflect.
See that tree?
Our boys swung from its branches.
Where they threw their lines in.
The trails leading to the forest?
Adventure awaited them just beyond the fringe.
We spent many nights 'round the campfire rekindling the day, sharing fishing stories.
See that tree there? It stands as an anchor to many special moments spent and speaks of future promises. Hold tight to cherished family moments for they are fleeting and then gone.

Speechless Sunday (almost!): Preferred weekend destination!
Along with warmer Spring temperatures, my thoughts turn to a favorite pastime of camping and fishing with family and friends. I see a trip to Panguitch Lake or Otter Creek Reservoir in the near future, on the water, anchoring down, casting our lines and enjoying what the day brings.
This is what time well spent is all about!

A Fish Story is Only a Fish Story Unless You Have Proof! Or Enough to Open a FISH MARKET!
We woke up at 4:00 a.m to load everything and head to the lake - Otter Creek Reservoir actually. Ready to go at 5:00 a.m. and arrived at the lake at 7:30 a.m. anxious to get on the lake!
We rigged the poles with power bait and BAM! BAM! BAM!, the fish were completely ignoring the worms...strange, huh?!
Well, needless to say, we caught our limit, headed for shore to clean and pack the fish on ice. The park ranger met us at the cleaning station and we
