Influential public speaker Stephen R. Covey once said that, "Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships."

There are many aspects about HONESTY that ring true and relate to every day living. The success of every relationship depends on integrity. When shopping for a new dress with a friend, I'd want that person to relay candidly whether it looked good or not.
HONESTY can be tough to take at times, even jarring. I'd rather hear the truth than be in denial, especially when facing challenging situations. Truth in business between parties is expected. Some people fall short, while others remain genuine when following through.

It takes time, sincere effort and mutual respect to create a reliable working environment with others. Never, ever break trust with those who have created a long standing relationship at any cost.
If you're wrong , work quickly to make it right. When there is a mistake, correct it immediately. Apologize to anyone who may have been inconvenienced. Is politeness and honesty mutually exclusive? A new homeowner moved in down the block, the 'Welcoming Committee' made some treats and rang the bell. After answering the door, she remarked to them, "At least in the last place I lived, the neighbors didn't bother me." The remark she made did not necessarily include the group of people standing on her porch, but they were uninvited guests. The attempt to properly welcome her was thwarted because she cut to the chase, no beating around the bush. There may be reasons she was less than receptive: A job loss or lay off The death of a loved one Unannounced visitors are a pet (11 comments)

I refuse to meet with just one person to: ~ show homes ~ make an offer ~ discuss wants and needs
That only creates an unnecessary work load and undoubtedly the other half will not be on board due to lack of involvement...been there and done that in the past!
