As a patriotic American, nothing grabs my eye quicker than a tribute to our great nation's flag. The red, white and blue design along the fence adds to the charm of this turn of the century home in St. George. Every Spring, the colors become vibrant and alive again with a fresh coat of paint.

The neighborhood was ideal, offering low vehicle traffic, yard perfectly manicured, the interior shined with desirable upgrades that included granite countertops and imported ceramic tile. We viewed the home on 2 separate occasions, very promising.
City walking and biking paths continue just around the corner, home located within close proximity to shopping and medical facilities. The small working farm across the road was quaint and well kept. The buyer asked to draw up paperwork to make an offer.

Thankful Thursdays: Southern Utah's future looks bright!
After attending the 2011 Washington County Economic Summit, this sunset was the perfect ending to a productive, informative day. Its intense colors were overwhelming at one point, making it difficult to look directly into it as the sun continued moving downward.
Today I witnessed the Landing of the Flight for Life helicopter first thing in the morning and was told that southern Utah is the best place to live, work and play. Agreed!
And some motivational advice given while attending classes was:

Fall has come to southern Utah but that only means cooler nights with more sun-filled days! Even as the color of the leaves begin to turn, one thing is still sure, the temperatures are perfect for swimming! Many communities have pools and residents may swim year 'round in some that are indoor / heated. Pools in neighborhoods increase desirability, especially here in sunny southern Utah!

Just as important as it is to stretch your body before getting out of bed when waking, it's just as important to stretch your abilities when marketing your selling area to your target market.
I have to admit after Bob Stewart's Hyperlocal Contest, I was exhausted but felt a sense of accomplishment after submitting my last hyper local blog. I had to do extensive research, get out in the community, take pictures, reach out and make phone calls in order to get information not publicly available.

Once again, Mother Nature has put on a spectacular show and the pleasure is all ours! We had a small storm come into the valley and this is what I captured on the way home. I live 20 miles to the north of St. George, Utah in a small town called Veyo, Utah.
We tend to get snow several times a year, this year an overabundant amount and I couldn't help to pull over, get out of my car to capture this moment. Thanks again Mother Nature, you do know how to grab attention!
