Pet Palooza 2012 in Charlotte NC - Fundraiser for the Humane Society of Charlotte - 03/30/12 10:37 AM
This year's Pet Palooza will be held May 5th 2012 at Independence Park in Charlotte NC and it's the biggest annual fundraiser for the Humane Society of Charlotte - a GREAT local cause to support!

The 10-year LOW happened in 2010 when just 4 neighborhood homes sold. The 2011 real estate sales activity rebounded well off that low.

There were 8 successfully closed home sales in Charlotte NC's Lansdowne neighborhood in 2011.
That's LOWER than the activity from a year earlier and the lowest amount of neighborhood home sales in the past 10 years.

After a year with one of the highest recent amounts of homes sold (2010), the 2011 neighborhood activity dropped dramatically to a 10-year low!
With fewer neighborhood home sold during 2011, AND activity focused at the lower end of price ranges (the $200s) the Average Lansdowne home sales price also dropped in 2011 to $231,503.
