Similar to a frittata except it's cooked in a baking dish - I made a modified version of this egg and veggie casserole last night and it's fairly easy, plus makes a ton!
The original, which I have made as it's written is very good and it's an easy to customize recipe. Even just changing the veggies or seasoning can create a different type of dish.

The monthly Animal Care and Control Pet Adoption Event at Charlotte's South Park Mall is this Saturday, May 5th from 10am-4pm in Center Court.
In addition to the South Park mall event (which is held the first Saturday of every month) Charlotte NC's Animal Care and Control Department will be participating at the Humane Society of Charlotte's Pet Palooza, the Charlotte Pet Expo, the Levine Children's Hospital Neonatal Picnic and the Humane Society's Pets for Life Event.
