Well, I have to tell you I am now convinced more than ever that rental clients are here to stay for at least a couple of years. Embrace the shifting marketplace. I had 5 rental clients in the past two weeks and I have to tell you that these clients need more respect! With the national real estate market struggling and clients unable to sell "back home" they are renting like crazy!
