Thousands of local citizens gathered in Leonardtown on Friday night for the annual Christmas on the Square and Tree lighting. Southern Maryland Waterfront! Southern Maryland Waterfront includes many bodies of water and it tributaries. The Chesapeake Bay, Potomac River and the Patuxent River are the three largest. This picture was taken on the Chesapeake Bay, near point patience. I saw this little boat with a few men fishing next to this old light station. You will notice the second picture of the man who looks like an old skipper. They were catching fish! I thought this was a great way to show how unique Southern Maryland Waterfront can be. Southern Maryland Real Estate - French Drain! This picture I took on vacation in Menerb, France. The french drains in Southern Maryland don't look like this. Southern Maryland is a rural area with plenty of pervious land and less concrete. This true French drainage system is installed in the city of Menerb and the purpose to eliminate water from the city in an eco-friendly way with an added benefit of beauty, tranquility and peace as you stroll the lovely city. Southern Maryland Real Estate and marketing and selling new construction is basically the same in all parts of the country. Marketing and selling new construction is an art in itself. This is "Pax", my Golden Retriever. Pax seemed to have a terrific day with all the kids and other dogs yesterday at Solomons Town Centre Hallowen Parade. You will notice in the second picture he's pulling our friend Jacob because he wants to be the leader of the pac. The winners of the pet parade "Max & Megan" are in the lead. Jacob, are little friend said to me at the end of the day. "Wow, I think I would like to come to work with you more often. You all have a lot of fun." LOL! Kids and dogs what better (9 comments)
