It often takes just a few minutes of conversation to recognize whether a person has a positive or negative attitude.

Via Karen Luke - Henry County Real Estate (Keller Williams Realty ):
Let's honor their service of our veterans with ours. Here's a website to visit to see what you can do--www.iparticipate.org. Even if you don't have the dollars to donate, there are many different things you can do. This website outlines those things.
According to a Clayton County Chamber of Commerce survey, Fort Gillem in the south Atlanta area is the county's third largest employer. Many of those who serve at Fort Gillem live here in Henry County.

Southern Maryland Real Estate - French Drain! - 11/12/09 10:49 AM
Southern Maryland Real Estate - French Drain!
This picture I took on vacation in Menerb, France.  The french drains in Southern Maryland don't look like this. Southern Maryland is a rural area with plenty of pervious land and less concrete. This true French drainage system is installed in the city of Menerb and the purpose to eliminate water from the city in an eco-friendly way with an added benefit of beauty, tranquility and peace as you stroll the lovely city. I suppose the water can't penetrate the concrete walkways.
What is a French Drain? The French drain is a time-honored system for … (4 comments)

Southern Maryland Real Estate - New Constrution Marketing Ideas - 11/06/09 09:25 AM

Southern Maryland Real Estate and marketing and selling new construction is basically the same in all  parts of the country. Marketing and selling new construction is an art in itself. Many clients cannot visualize the location, topography, home dimensions, lot size on a vacant land. In order to market a home lot package and new construction you need to be creative so a potential buyer can visualize the end product. I have been involved in new construction many times in my real estate career. Homes ranging from small first time home buyers to million dollar waterfront estates in Southern Maryland Real Estate area.
