With another beautiful weekend here in Southern Oregon, we are seeing more people once again looking to purchase up here in the Rogue Valley. Homes are starting to sell once again in California which means many move up here to the Good Life! With no sales tax and average home prices back down in $300's  and many homes in the $200's, our market is ready once again for those searching for a wonderful place to live!
