Can marketing a home make a huge difference if it sells in your local real estate marketing?
From my experience in real estate, I would say no, not much anyway!
Price, price ,price and being sure the home looks it's absolute best, and of course price can overcome that also, but you certainly won't get the best and highest offer the home could get if it "looked like a model display home" and was at least clean and attractive from outside.
