What is the most important piece of every closed deal an LO gets? Wrong! It's asking for referrals. Here at Levine we take the guess work out of it. I believe most LO's have great intentions about staying in touch with their customers. The reality of it is they focus on what is in front of them and they move on to their next customer! For the following 4 years on every deal we close for you at Levine we will touch your clients for you 17 times. We do this for you. Holiday, Birthday, Anniversary of loan and Referral card.  Plus the next day of closing we send out a nice tin of cookies with thank you and again asking for referrals. All you have to do is when we email you with the mailing notification is do the follow up courtesy call. This being done will increase your business! Contact me with ?'s!
