FHA 203k Streamline Loan - 04/30/09 12:51 PM
I saw an article about the FHA 203k loan product. I think it is a great product based on the type of market we are in currently. Here is why I beleive this way:
There is a large number of homes on the market for sale that are either Bank owned or in some form of default These homes are typically vacant and have been for sometime, which mean they have not been properly maintained; even if the HVAC system has been winterized These are good homes that simply need a little "Tender Loving Care" or minor repairs. Do Real Estate Agents Owe Anything to those hit by Housing Market - 04/06/09 11:30 AM
I read a blog today, which was posted by a Real Estate Agent, who saw an interview on the Fox Business Show. I read her response and it was very interesting. The Fox Business Show premise seems to be that a Real Estate Agent showed someone a house and the consumer brought the house and now the house is worth less than it was when it was purchased. Now the house is back on the market and the question is should the Agent get paid for selling it again?
