Billed as "Sexy smart, and sophisticated", the new 6-unit development is located on Larrabee Street, just south of Sunset Blvd.
The building features six 3-Bed 2.5 Bath condos ranging from 1886 to 2074 sq ft in size with units priced from $999,000 to over $1,150,000. The rate per sq ft varies from $592 to over $680 per sq ft.
These prices seem optimistically high given that other newer developments in the area are struggling to achieve lower rates per sq ft.

CNNMoney.com recently featured an eye-catching article claiming that even while the housing market across the country is "shrouded with uncertainty", there are glimmers of stability in California.
"Home prices are rising in virtually every corner of the state. They've climbed for nine consecutive months, and in July posted a 10.4% gain year-over-year. That puts the state's median price at $315,000 -- nearly twice the national median of $183,000".
California was hit particularly hard, so it's no wonder this market is showing a better than average recovery.

West Hollywood is famous for its eye-catching Billboards and exciting outdoor advertising.
Most of the billboards and "tall wall" ads are along the Sunset Strip, on Sunset Blvd between Doheny Drive (on the West) and Crescent Heights Blvd (on the East). There are also some great looking billboard ads along Melrose Blvd.
There's currently a heated debate underway about allowing more buildings to have "tall wall" advertising off the Sunset Strip. The Palm Restaurant in West Hollywood is a great place for dinner.
I recently enjoyed an excellent meal at the Palm Restaurant located at 9001 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069. The food was magnificent.
I started with a deliciously refreshing cocktail - The Black Widow: Muddled fresh mint, raspberries and hand squeezed lime juice, Belvedere Black Raspberry Vodka, topped with Chandon Brut Classic, served up.
I then ordered the Hearts of Palm Salad: romaine, hearts of palm, tomatoes, kalamata olives and egg, topped with a vinaigrette dressing.

First Class Cabin Aboard Lufthansa's New A380 - 09/06/10 03:12 PM
The latest edition of The Robb Report ran a feature on Lufthansa's new First Class Cabins about four of their new A380 aircraft.
While not as futuristic looking as Air Canada's First Class Cabin or as ostentatious as Emirates Airways, Lufthansa's First Class must definitely rank amongst the top five First Class Cabins in the world. Currently, Singapore Air is said to hold first place.
The A380 is the double deck, wide body jet that can seat 525 people in a typical three-class configuration or up to 853 people in all-economy class configurations.

The Matchbox - located at 155 S Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs, is a great "pizza bistro".
Although Pizza is the main reason to go to The Matchbox, they also offer a choice of bistro dishes including mini burgers, grilled salmon, and braise short beef short ribs.
I highly recommend the Heirloom Tomato Salad which has fresh buffalo mozzarella, virgin olive oil, sea salt and a delicious balsamic reduction.
Their pizza are superb .... probably the best in Palm Springs.

When a Listing Agent makes a price reduction to a listing, our MLS indicates this and attaches a green downward-pointing arrow next to the new List Price. Prospective Buyers and Agents will probably become more interested in the property because it appears that the Seller is becoming realistic and getting in-touch with actual market prices..
Right? ..... Not so fast!
