I recently watched a little-known movie that I'm surprised hasn't garnered much more attention - "Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer".
"Client 9" (a documentary) is as compelling as any Hollywood political thriller, full of real-life characters who seem larger than life. The most shocking part is that this is all non-fiction - it actually happened, and continues to happen today.

Today I received an email from my Errors and Omission Insurance Company highlighting the importance of using a Short Sale Addendum in Short Sales, and in any circumstance where a property is over encumbered.
