There is nothing wrong with giving your clients a gift (I give a free gift card to $1000 depending on the price of home purchased) But we have an agent here in town that will list a house for 3% to selling agent and a flat $500 to himself he states in his ad thats all the listing agent deserves why would you do that to your own industry?
