Oak Park in Sacramento, CA and Investors - 09/28/09 10:29 AM
In the City of Sacramento Oak Park has always been known for "The place you don't want property".  With this current market you can become the "King of Oak Park" if you invest right.  Homes are available in the area for prices in the range of $35,000-$65,000.  Finding tenants for these properties can be difficult but not impossible.

High End Properties moving........ - 09/17/09 12:29 AM
Over the last 45 days I have started to see higher end properties start to rent out quick again.  Could this be a change in the market?  Is this a fake rally like some people are saying about the stock market.  I think we are still about 2 years from being back to good times.  Having tenants feeling confident who have high incomes is always good for these properties.
 
I still recommend to think positive and list your home if you cant make a sale.  Renting your home for 2 years will help you gain equity if possible.
