According to Freddie Mac, the national average commitment rate for a 30-year, conventional, fixed-rate mortgage was 6.24 percent in November, down from 6.36 percent in October; the rate was 6.33 percent in November 2005.

Sellers have had some success this month as sales begin to get re-energized. As you can see we are starting to see an increase in showing activity, and contracts. Buyers are shopping, they just taking more time to look at all properties, and the ones with the most attractive incentives(price, location, closing options, etc) are the ones getting the offers. The Spring Hill Local Real Estate Market Update

Things are starting to pick up again in Spring Hill. The phones are ringing and the showings on homes are beginning to come alive. Sellers still need to be patient. Buyers have more to choose from with over 3976 active residential homes on the market as of today.
