I was just thinking about all the agents all over the country and was wondering what attracts people to us?  I know we are courteous, polite, kind, provide white glove service to all our clients, and several other gifts that we have.  But what really attracts a person to you?  Is it referrals, coincidence, or just favor? What is it?  Tell me what your particular uniqueness is that makes people call you and use you as their agent.  Just curious.

ARE YOU COURTEOUS? - 01/16/10 05:44 PM
First of all today has been a great day. 
Fellow agents I was called three times yesterday from the same agent wanting to preview one of my listings today between the hours of 4PM - 5PM.  I agreed and contacted my seller who is a stay at home mom with two small children, 2 and 7 months.  The agent also stated they would give me a call to confirm whether or not they would be able to preview the home.  The agent seemed very positive about her clients  interest in the home and possibly making an offer.  At 5:56 PM today … (8 comments)
