Don’t Wait-Claim Your Share of the Tax Credit - 07/15/09 11:27 AM
Now is the time to use the advantages of the tax credit for first time home buyers. 
Just think what you can do with 8,000.00.......... My first thought is carpet but don't stop there what about new cabinet faces or even just a new motor for the pool the list can be endless.  With all the bank owned properties just waiting to be picked up you can't afford to wait call your lender find a realtor and get into today's market!
