If you had $5,000 to invest in marketing, where would you invest it?
I get some much good advice in AR, and I am now asking. Where would be the best place to advertise? 
Direct Mail? if so, which market renters or sellers or both?
Newspaper / Magazine?
TV / Radio?
Internet?

Tele-market or Not to Tele-market, That’s the Question? - 05/01/07 07:36 PM
Been thinking lately about doing other pro-active activities. Other than knocking on doors, posting flyers, posting road signs, placing ads in magazines & newspaper, following up on emails and returning calls etc. I was thinking of doing some old fashion telemarketing, I know I need to get the list scrubbed for “DNC”, but thinking either go thought the phone book or maybe purchase a list. Also thinking about my phone script, I am sure others are doing the same thing.
What are your thoughts?
