Hello all, just a FYI, FHA for those with under 620 credit score is still alive and kicking. If you or your clients are in the market and need FHA to purchase, it can get done. This is good for NJ, NY, and PA only. Rates are 5.50% to 6.00%, same great rates for those with 'less than perfect credit'.
