Treemont Estates is a gated community within minutes of Cool Springs. Unlike most communities within this proximity to Cool Springs, Treemont Estates is about as private as you can get. Most lots are around 5 acres and provide a private greenbelt in the back. While there have been a few homes already built, there are some still available.
