I'm going to keep this short and sweet. This is a subject we all could probably go on for hours about.
Why in the world are people wanting to list thier home for way more then they are worth. I mean that I had a client a few weeks ago call and want his home listed for $700,000. I did a CMA and the homes in that area were more upscale then this one and only selling for $390,000 to a max of $425,000. This particular property did have 3 acres to it but it was all wooded, no yard, just woods … (4 comments)
