Zillow and why it's not your best friend - 11/30/10 03:39 PM
As each of us, Zillow is such a reliable source for buyer and seller information... Via Cameron Novak - Featured California Short Sale Agent Team (The Homefinding Center):
Zillow, yet again...
How should you include a Zillow Zestimate in the conversation when speaking with a buyer or seller?

Palm Trees and Twinkle Lights - 11/29/10 01:24 AM
Tonight I enjoyed the last night of the weekend, went to my favorite Mexican restraunt. It's called Javier's and it's located at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, which is an outdoor shopping mall. At Javier's you can literally live off the chips and salsa, it is soo good, and the margaritas are pretty good as well. Though I did not have any tonight because immediately after dinner we went across the way to the Edwards Cinema and saw the new Disney movie Tangled in 3D, and it was AWESOME!!! Disney did and amazing job with that story and keeping to the … (6 comments)

Have you ever gone to a listing appointment and showing your seller the comps and showing him that there is a home right down the street that is a model match to his that is selling much less your seller still wants to argue with you..
"But I have granite countertops" they say, "I have the high end stainless steel appliances, I have the hard wood floors, landscaped back yard with a view, and the upgraded bathrooms" , they proceed, "I have put $50,000.00 into this house!!!"
That does explain why they are set on selling the house $50,000.00 above market … (8 comments)

Silent Sunday- Refreshing Rainy Days! - 11/21/10 02:19 PM
Granted rainy days are typically associated with gloomy weahter, to me personally I only associate it to being gloomy once it interferes with some plans or once it out stays its welcome. In Southern California we hardly get rain at all.. Of course I do enjoy our two seasons, warm and hot, but whenever we do it some rain it is always refreshing! Though the rain doesn't exactly bring the best drivers, no matter where you go, whenever there is even the least bit of precipitation, it brings out the idiot in alot of people to the point you wonder if … (2 comments)

Get That Weak Offer Out of Here!!! - 11/20/10 06:43 PM

Its in move in ready condition and it is on a lot with a yard, so I can honestly say that it is priced to sale!
So I get an offer from an agent from another company yesterday, and before she … (2 comments)
