Companies that still have not come to the relization of what great customer service is... It's time for you to face the penalty of when it's bad! Social Media is a very powerful tool!  This story alone is enough to convince me to NEVER EVER invest any money in ASUS products at all!  They could be the best product in the world but if one malfunction leads to this kind of headache... I will just stick to a Macbook or a Dell...
