But sometimes, NOT following through on a major decision might be an even bigger mistake. Not all choices are wrong, and sometimes the upside potential far exceeds potential risks. Many potential homebuyers have been frightened out of the market by doom and gloom prognosticators that insist that purchasing real estate is a risky endeavor. But many buyers are getting fantastic deals on great houses that will serve as their homes for (1 comments)

Help Me Get Rid of This Tree!!!!! - 06/03/10 10:56 AM
I have buyers who are trying to buy a foreclosed home in Bowie, MD. The utility company cut down a huge tree in the back-yard and left the large pieces of the tree there. Of course the appraiser flagged it and says that it needs to be removed as a condition of the appraisal. This is an expensive proposition. Both the listing agent and I have called the utility company and got the same result - they only remove trees that are less than 8 inches in diameter. I've posted an add of craigslist for free firewood and did get one (4 comments)
