The Angie Houtz Memorial Fund was changing addresses.  We thought this was a good time to update our letterhead and maybe develop a new logo.
The only problem was that none of us were in anyway artistic or creative.  I remembered hearing about Logo Tournament when I was at Raincamp and I remember that Ellie McIntire had used it for her new logo.

Down-payment - depending on your loan the minimum amount down can range from 0% to 20% of the purchase price.
Closing Costs - this number can vary but usually runs between 3% and 6% of the purchase price.  These costs include transfer taxes and prepaids for property taxes and home-owner insurance.  Many contracts can be written so that sellers will pay some or all of the closing costs.  Depending on loan type there may be limits to the amount of closing costs that can be accepted.

Answer:  I get this question all the time.  Many people are confused about the difference.  
A foreclosure is a home that it now owned by a bank.  The price has been set by the listing agent and the asset manager at the bank.  A foreclosure can usually close in 30-60 days.  Most foreclosures are as-is sales.

Heart Disease is the #1 Killer of Women in the United States.  Many people erroneously think that breast cancer is the #1 killer.  Because of this misconception heart disease in women is often overlooked and under diagnosed.
Many women do not experience the classic symptoms of heart attack such as chest pain.  Therefore, when women are diagnosed there heart disease is often very advanced.

Most of us don't check in on Foursquare or facebook from our homes because we don't want everyone to know our home address.
How many of us realize that the pictures that we upload to the internet may be giving away that very information?
Pictures taken with our cell phones are equipped with something called geotagging.  This means that when we upload it to the web someone can use certain programs to pinpoint the exact location where the photo was taken.
