Book 5 read in 2012 - 20 more to go to make my goal. - 03/08/12 04:58 PM
Falling for Hamlet by Michelle Ray My rating: 4 of 5 stars Since I am not a fan of Shakespeare, I only got this book because it is written by a friend of mine. I started reading it fully preparing myself to not enjoy it. Imagine my surprise when I found myself becoming engrossed in the story. Though I knew the gist of the story of Hamlet, I was not familiar with the details so I really enjoyed seeing the story through a more modern lens. There were times when it was difficult to modernize the story completely, some things just (2 comments)
Book 4 Read in 2012 - 21 to go to meet my yearly goal - 03/06/12 06:46 PM
Home Front by Kristin Hannah My rating: 4 of 5 stars This is the first book that I have read in a long time that impacted me so emotionally. I actually cried throughout the book. I think the author is very talented at pulling emotion from her readers even while some of the story feels predictable. The story is about a marriage on the rocks that has to confront a deployment. There were many more short sales (318 vs. 204) and significantly fewer foreclosures (338 vs. 579) that sold in PG County in January & February 2012. Graphing The most active price ranges are the ones under $200,000. Many buyers in these ranges are seeing homes sell in (0 comments)
