Following the successful closing of 5002 Edenvale Court, Waldorf MD I am proud to say that $150 has been donated to charity. My Choice $50 to The DC Police Department Client's Choice $100 to The Lymphoma Research Foundation This organization works to learn more about lymphomas and to find successful treatments and cures for the differnet types of lymphomas.
I love making this donations with each closing and I look forward to making many more this year.
$100 to MS Society Both buyers have family members who have been diagnosed with MS. Since MS is a part of my personal journey I am only too pleased to make this donation.

Following the successful closing of 1004 Navahoe Drive, Silver Spring MD my clients indicated that they wanted me to choose which organizations would receive the $150 donation to charity. I am proud to say that the following donation to charity have been made: $50 to RJSmiles This organization was founded by one of my clients to honor her son's memory. Her son was known for his smile and she wanted to use her loss to help smiles across the DC/MD/VA area. $50 to Angie Houtz Memorial Fund Golf Tournament This is the 11th anniversary of the death of my best friend Angie and the 6th year (2 comments)
Client's Choice $100 to Unicef My clients indicated that they liked the work that Unicef does. Unicef is dedicated to bettering the lives of children around the world.

Client's Choice $100 to Susan G Komen for the Cure My client indicated that breast cancer has been devastating to her family which is why she wanted her donation to go there. Last year I implemented a program where $150 was donated to charity with every closing. The first $50 is donated to a charity of my choosing and the remaining $100 is donated to a charity (or charities) of my client's choosing. Despite a relatively slow year I was still able to make hundreds of dollars of donations to several wonderful charities including: American Heart Association Angie Houtz Memorial Fund Clinton/Bush Haiti Fund Doctors Without Borders Eastern Virginia Medical School Elton John AIDS Foundation Food for the Poor Interfaith Community Against Domestic Violence Keep a Child Alive Mental Health Association of Montgomery (8 comments)
