A lot of times these Gig Harbor homes have been vacant and neglected for quite sometime and they usually need some work. You can usually get a great deal on these homes, but you might not be ready for the work that is going to come with purchasing one of these homes. I have also had much success with using Facebook. I want to let you know how I use it to share with my Clients, Friends, & Family, but also you wonderful Real Estate Professionals who haven't tapped into what you can do with Facebook. It has also been a huge topic in my office. I used to think it wasn't necessary, but now I realize that I was naive to think so and of course I am giong to tell you why.
