I know that you have heard about this new charge of 5.00 dollars a month that Bank of America has started charging their customers. What you may not have heard is the reason behind it. Being a Realtor dealing with BofA is hard enough, but now they are really taking it to the consumer. There was legislation put into place last year, but didn't take effect until October 1, 2011. I have been on the hunt for something that has said that someone will be held accountable for the crisis in the housing market and for our financial losses over the last few years. It seems that there have been a lot of finger pointing, but no one has been prosecuted... YES! PROSECUTED! For what they have done. Most of these people were taking part in committing fraud. The September 2011 numbers are officially in. As we have been saying since the beginning of this year we are seeing a Housing Market in Pierce County that is stabilizing. This is great news for the Housing Market in our area and for our future and sustainability. With Interest Rates still really low and the affordablity index incredible, why would you not buy now. I can't wait to go and see this movie tongight! I am a huge fan of the horror flick. I am not sure what it is about them, but I have been hooked ever since I was young. I have been burned by the lending industry once again! I know this may be a harsh thing to say, but it is so true. I really not sure who dropped the ball, but someone did somewhere. In the 3 years I have been in real estate, this has been the determining factor with getting our housing problem under control. Until the lending industry gets their heads out of their butts nothing is going to move!

I love this time of year, but I always hate when I get to the point of turning the heat on. I don't know why... It is some mental block that has been en-grained in me from my mother of course. Everything about me that I don't like can always be blamed on my mother. (love you mom) I think for me it means it's the end of summer and the fact that I live in the wonderful northwest, means I don't have to pay for air conditioning.
