Woodcrest Estates is one of the newer developments in Bethalto, IL. Amenities include paved concrete roads and sidewalks. There are no through streets in this neighborhood which means less traffic. In an area where we typically see severe weather especially in the spring, the underground utilities are a plus. Located off of Moreland Rd and less than 5 minutes from I-255 makes this an easier commute for residents who work in the St. Louis metro area.
